About us.
Novi Plat d.o.o. is an energetic and ambitious construction company based in Kožino. Founder and director David Grdovich, gathering his work experience in America after many years, decided to return to Croatia and share and pass on his knowledge.
Leading the works on residential construction and aparthotel projects, he decided to gather a team of capable, competent craftsmen, foremen and engineers. They happily started working on a hungry market quality performers. The goals of Mr. Grdovich are to provide stability, both to buildings and to employees their families, and the satisfaction, primarily of the investors who will use the space, and then of everyone else involved in the project.
Due to experience on previous large projects and foreign work experience, Novi Plat is an ideal subcontractor that respects the schedule, performs the work conscientiously, and performs all the organization and delivers all the necessary documentation on time and accurately.

We have been in business for over 20 years, therefore we have had many projects that we have completed and are currently working on the construction of a private family house (people from Germany) and the renovation of a small hotel near Zadar.
